- Support to attend employability workshops and to access free interview clothing
- Help to communicate with your employer and to negotiate reasonable adjustments
- Help to develop a return-to-work plan and guidance on coping strategies for staying healthy at work
- Support to develop in your role or move into a new job through exploration of training and self-development opportunities
- Signposting to free sources of legal advice, if needed
To be referred to Employment Support, please speak to your therapist or the clinician carrying out your initial screening. You will then be offered a telephone screening by a member of the team who will discuss your employment support needs with you. After screening, you’ll be advised of which support is best placed to assist with your needs – this may be support from our in-house employment team or from one of our partner services in the borough, depending on the type of support needed and service capacity.
