We all have mental health, and life is full of ups and downs for us all. One in four people experience mental health issues each year, so if any of these problems feel relevant to you, you’re not alone.
Our team consists of psychotherapists, counsellors, psychological wellbeing practitioners, and employment advisors.
In addition, we are pleased to be able to offer high-quality training opportunities and at any one time, will usually have a number of trainees on placement with us.
What we offer
We offer a range of talking therapy treatments and online therapy for adults with common mental health problems.
